Recovery Gear USA is an active partner with the US military and all its branches, particularly with the US Army, providing equipment for combat, disaster relief, global stability and peace-keeping missions.
Our participation started with the US Special Forces, leading up to the invasion of Afghanistan under
Operation Anaconda. Our involvement expanded to include
Plan Columbia, a joint US and Colombian Anti-drug and counter-insurgency training program.
Recovery Gear USA is currently supplying gear for troops
deployed in Afghanistan, Iraq and other U.S. theaters of operations.
We are also
involved with AFRICOM, a consortium of all U.S. military branches and private defense contractors, working to bring stability to Africa's hardest-hit nations.
Recovery Gear USA
specializes in scaleable kits, designed primarily for desert, open field combat, and urban operations that are specifically tailored for different mission requirements. These kits are used by all branches of the US armed forces, Canadian Land Force Expeditionary Teams, and Private Security Contractors (PSC's) worldwide.
In addition, we
supply kits for U.S. embassies and diplomatic outposts needing specifically designed kits for armored vehicles and protective convoys. These kits are tailored primarily for MOUT (Military Operations in Urban Terrain) deployment.
Our current and next generation equipment is currently in use and being
tested and evaluated by the AWG Asymmetric Warfare Group. Working directly with military personel is an important aspect of the operational development of our product. This close working relationship resulted in our team developing a comprehensive kit for the US Army Special forces as a requirement for the M1113 Ground Mobility Vehicle (GMV).
Our next generation kits are now available with concertina wire cutters, E.O.D. (Explosive Ordinance Disposal) tools, landmine detection kits, and field-deployable weapon-cleaning kits.
Recovery Gear USA will ship to PSCs and foreign governments provided those entities are classified as "acceptable" by the U.S. Department of State.
Recovery Gear is not only keeping pace but setting the pace with the rapidly changing tactics in modern warfare and combat.
